Advisors earn 20% of each referred client’s monthly or annual subscription for as long as they remain a paying customer. We work with each advisor to set up a payout schedule that works for both parties — early advisors can expect monthly payouts once their referred clients are active subscribers.

Each advisor receives a referral link. When a prospect signs up through your link, they’re attributed to you. For clients you introduce offline, let us know before they sign up and we’ll ensure your attribution is recorded.

Absolutely. Advisors can include SummitView as part of their Power BI managed service offering. You can resell at your own price point and keep the margin, or pass through our pricing with your advisor commission on top. We provide co-branded materials to help you position SummitView as part of your stack.

Not necessarily. SummitView offers an agentless Cloud Connect mode that uses a service principal — no software installation required. For deeper insights like per-table refresh timing and row count anomaly detection, clients can optionally install a lightweight Windows agent. Both options take under 10 minutes to set up.

SummitView is built for enterprise security teams. We collect metadata only (never actual report data), use read-only API access, and support BYOK AI. We provide a security package including a whitepaper, network requirements doc, and data disclosure — everything your client’s IT team needs to approve quickly.

No, the program is open to any qualified Power BI consulting firm, MSP, or independent consultant. We have a lightweight application process to ensure advisors can speak credibly about Power BI monitoring and governance. We’re looking for partners who genuinely serve Power BI administrators and BI teams.

If a client is already using SummitView before you reach out, we can’t attribute them retroactively. However, if you help an existing free-trial user convert to a paid subscription, we’ll work with you on attribution on a case-by-case basis.
